1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is not as described on our website.

Conditions for Return:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-8 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order sculptures.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
