1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 7-8 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order sculptures may take an additional 2-3 weeks for production.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹500)

• Express Shipping: ₹199 (Available for select locations)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We ship across India, and delivery times depend on the location:

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services such as Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• You can track your order on our website or the courier's tracking page.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping
